Travel Insurance Cancellation and Refund Policy

Terms and Conditions

Kindly be aware that the transaction on your bank statement may be appeared as Ifront Digital PTY LTD.

1) BENEFITS, SCOPE AND EXCLUSIONS

Travel insurance covers medical expenses/ hospital treatment for unforeseen accidents or incidents in Iran. The travel insurance will not cover the expenses of any pre-existing medical conditions that are treated during your trip to Iran. 2) VALIDITY OF YOUR TRAVEL INSURANCE

Your travel insurance is only valid for three months from the date of issuance as shown on your certificate. If you wish to enjoy the coverage of your travel insurance, you must make your first entry to Iran within three months from the date your travel insurance was issued.

3) REQUEST OF CANCELLATION

3.1 Cancellations within 14 days from the date of the travel certificate issued

Cancellation Fee for Each Certificate: $15

If you decide that you do not want your policy, you may cancel it within 14 days after you are issued your Certificate of Insurance. You are required to pay $ 15 cancellation fee and we will refund the remaining payment.

You’re eligible for the refund if:

  • You have not submitted your visa application at Evisa.mfa.ir, and
  • You have not started your journey, and
  • You have not submitted your Certificate of Insurance with your visa application, and
  • You do not want to make a claim under your policy, and
  • You do not want to exercise any other right under your policy.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of cancellation. We may use the same means of payment as you used for the order. We will not refund payment processing fees for such reimbursement.

3.2 Cancellations outside 14 days from the date of the travel certificate issued

Cancellations made 14 days or more from the date shown on your Certificate of Insurance will receive no refund.

You can cancel your travel certificate outside 14 days from the date of the travel insurance issued if:

  • You have not submitted your visa application at Evisa.mfa.ir, and
  • You have not started your journey, and
  • You have not submitted your Certificate of Insurance with your visa application, and
  • You do not want to make a claim under your policy, and
  • You do not want to exercise any other right under your policy.

4) DISCREPANCIES ON YOUR TRAVEL INSURANCE CERTIFICATE

We understand that the discrepancies on your travel insurance certificate may cause inconveniences. However, please be assured that we are committed to resolving them as quickly as possible.

4.1 Discrepancies in your first name or surname on the certificate

Administration Fee for Each Certificate: $15

It is crucial that the first name and surname on the certificate match those on the passport's biopage. Please note that we do not TYPE your first name and surname on the certificate and the data is automatically pulled from the information that you have provided in the original visa application. Once your insurance is issued, we will link your travel insurance certificate to your visa application.

Please note the system does not allow us to update your name and surname on the certificate unless the current certificate is cancelled.

If you notice any errors or spelling mistakes, please take the following steps:

  1. Withdraw your visa application. Allow one day for the submission of a new visa application.
  2. Lodge a new insurance application with your new visa application ID via https://persian.net.au/iran-travel-insurance and pay the relevant insurance fee
  3. Send us an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and advise us about the discrepancies
  4. We will refund the remaining balance of the original payment to the same bank card that was used to make the initial payment . Please note $15 administration fee applies

We will link your new travel insurance certificate to your new visa application.

4.2 Discrepancies in the duration of the cover

Please be aware that the duration of your travel insurance is directly linked to the length of your visa. Therefore, it's important to ensure that the coverage period is accurate. If you notice any inaccuracies in the coverage period, please let us know right away, and we'll take care of cancelling the travel insurance and issuing a new one at no extra charge if the mistake was on our part.

However If you have a current travel insurance and wish to extend the coverage and add extra days, you are required to pay $ 15 administration fee in addition to new travel insurance premium.

4.3 Linking your current travel insurance to new visa application ID

Administration Fee for Each Certificate: $15

If you have a current travel insurance and you have applied for a new visa, you may be required to link your current travel insurance to your new visa application ID.

Please note the system does not allow us to update the visa application ID on the certificate unless the current certificate is cancelled.

Please note that in order for a new travel insurance policy to be provided, you are required to pay $ 15 administration fee in addition to new travel insurance premium.

If you wish to link your current travel insurance to new visa application ID, please take the following steps:

  1. Lodge a new insurance application with the new visa application ID via https://persian.net.au/iran-travel-insurance and pay the relevant insurance fee
  2. Send us an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and advise us about the new visa application ID.
  3. We will refund the remaining balance of the original payment to the same bank card that was used to make the initial payment . Please note $15 administration fee applies

Your existing travel insurance will be cancelled and we will then refund the remaining balance to the same bank card that was used to make the initial payment. We will email you the new travel insurance certificate linked to your visa application. 

4.4 Discrepancies in nationality

Administration Fee for Each Certificate: $15

We cannot modify the nationality on the certificate since the information is auto-populated and pulled from the visa application ID that you have submitted.

If you notice any discrepancies in your nationality, please take the following steps:

  1. Withdraw your visa application. Allow one day for the submission of a new visa application.
  2. Lodge a new insurance application with the new visa application ID via https://persian.net.au/iran-travel-insurance and pay the relevant insurance fee
  3. Send us an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and advise us about the discrepancies
  4. We will refund the remaining balance of the original payment to the same bank card that was used to make the initial payment . Please note $15 administration fee applies

We will link your new travel insurance certificate to your new visa application

4.5 Discrepancies in your date of birth:

If there are any errors in your date of birth on the certificate, please inform us immediately. We will cancel the travel insurance and process a new one without any extra cost if we are responsible for the mistake.

5) EXTENDING YOUR CURRENT TRAVEL INSURANCE

Administration Fee for Each Certificate: $15

If you have a current travel insurance and wish to extend the coverage and add extra days, you are required to pay $ 15 administration fee in addition to new travel insurance premium.

Please note that in order for a new travel insurance policy to be provided, your existing travel insurance must be cancelled.

6) AGENCY WAIVER

Ifront Digital PTY LTD ( Trading as Persian Citizen Services ) is not the source or supplier of the requested travel insurance services; it acts solely as an agent for the actual supplier services provided.

Bimeh Iran whose name appears in the certificate supplied byIfront Digital PTY LTD ( Trading as Persian Citizen Services ) is the insurance company actually responsible for providing the travel insurance services purchased.

The traveller agrees to and requests the use of Bimeh Iran's travel insurance services and consents not to hold Ifront Digital PTY LTD ( Trading as Persian Citizen Services ) liable if Bimeh Iran: 1) fail to provide the purchased travel insurance services; 2) fail to comply with any applicable law; or 3) engage in any negligent act or omission that causes injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience to the traveller.

Ifront Digital PTY LTD ( Trading as Persian Citizen Services ) is not responsible for, and will not be held liable for, any injury, damage, or loss caused by circumstances, actions, or omissions beyond its reasonable control.
