This exit permit will be issued to those Iranians whose place of residence on their Iranian passport is designated as Australia.
If the place of residence on your current Iranian passport is listed as "Iran," you could apply simultaneously for a new passport demanding changes to the place of residence to "Australia" along with an exit permit application.
If you have an old sample military service card , you can change it to the new smart military service card by visiting the Iranian Embassy in Australia. You need to take your passport and a proof of Australian residency or Australian valid visa.
The Embassy may authenticate your old sample military service card and you need to give your representative or lawyer an attorney power to represent you at POLICE +10 centres in Iran to obtain a new smart military service card.
It is noted that the applicant may personally visit POLICE +10 centres in Iran to obtain a new smart military service card.
