Travel Insurance Cancellation and Refund Policy

Even after you have purchased your policy, you have cooling-off rights. If you decide that you do not want your policy, you may cancel it within 14 days after you are issued your Certificate of Insurance.

You’re eligible for a full refund if:

You have not submitted your Certificate of Insurance with your visa application, and
You have not started your journey, and
You do not want to make a claim under your policy, and
You do not want to exercise any other right under your policy.

The deadline for cancelling your travel insurance is 14 days from the date shown on your certificate. In order to exercise your cooling – off rights, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement such as:

“This is to advise that I have not submitted my Travel Insurance under policy number ( … as shown on your certficate...). for my visa application. I can confirm that I have not started my journey and I don’t want to make a claim under this policy and I do not wish to exercise any other rights under the policy.”

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of cancellation. We may use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Cancellation outside Cooling Off Period

Cancellations made 14 days or more from the date shown on your certificate of insurance will receive no refund.
